If you have two loaves of bread sell one and buy flowers. For although the bread will nourish your body, the flowers will nourish your soul.

Blizzard of 2010

This may look familiar. It's the photo from December's snow.

This is my birdbath photo from this weekend.

Our picnic table.

This was taken while it was still snowing. The final measurement was 23 inches on the picnic table.

I think my desire for a snowy winter has been fulfilled for the next few years. After shoveling the sidewalk in four installments with rests in between, I'm rethinking this whole love of snow thing. This is when I know I'm getting old. Sigh.

Gary walked into the house yesterday and told me to get my camera. Do you see the face?

Hi Deb, thanks for stopping by. All of your snow looks very familiar;-) Blogging is nice but can become addictive, especially when you meet a lot of people and share a garden-site with others. I'm in Blotanical, the largest garden blogging community out there. There are so many wonderful garden and nature blogs. You should visit when it goes online again (it's currently offline for a couple of days for maintenance). I like it a lot, but can get extremely distracted with SO Many wonderful bloggers to meet! Good luck with your blog!
